You’ve been standing at the edge of the bright threshold.
You wrote the book.
Opened the business.
Moved across the country.
Finally chose yourself in a way that once felt impossible.

I’ve stood at this threshold many times in my life.
And this past week, I found myself here again,
in a new way.
I’m getting ready to open my garage studio for an art tour.
Even though I’ve shared my photography before,
something in me wanted to short-circuit.
I kept moving in circles, unsure of what to do next.
That hesitation before action.
Asking:
Is this fear of being seen?
Or is the excitement trying to sync with a new frequency?
Then, as if on cue, support arrived.
I had a session on my calendar with my friend Sara Rose, an intuitive reflector, and it felt like receiving the instruction manual for my Divine Nervous System.
(A story for another time, but exactly what I needed in that moment.)
It reminded me of this truth:
my art - like these words, like my touch
is meant to calm something in someone else.
Sharing is part of the medicine.
And my body?
It’s learning how to live inside that yes.
This is your permission slip to live inside the gap—
the holy ground between doing the brave thing
and finally feeling safe inside it.
To listen to what your body is asking for.
The afternoon nap in the sunshine.
Feeling the ground under your feet.
Stopping to dance, to feel the rhythm.
Believing in yourself.
Trusting the nudge.
Following what feels true.
That’s alignment.
Your joy.
Your Light.
Your authenticity.
That’s your superpower.
